Ryan Neiswender

Ryan Neiswender is a Paralympic Gold Medalist, World Champion, corporate keynote speaker, and business leader who has found his passion by helping teams and organizations reach their untapped potential. Originally from Pennsylvania, he was born with a disability called Arthrogryposis which affected the development of my quadricep muscles in my legs. In 2005, he was introduced to the game of wheelchair basketball and as a senior in high school made Team USA! He committed to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign to play Division I wheelchair basketball where he was a 4-Time All-American and met his beautiful wife, Lauren.

After graduating college, he competed professionally in Hamburg, Germany while finishing his MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He currently works at Visa Inc. as a Sport Sponsorship Marketing Sr. Manager. Ryan is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Culxtured - a media collective founded by Paralympians with a mission to revolutionize the way the world views para sport and eliminate the “UN” from uncultured.
 

Ryan is a man of faith, loves spending time with his family and his goal is to help people around the world maximize their untapped potential by leveraging his experiences at the pinnacle of sport. He has seen people inadvertently try to put limits on what they believe is possible. Ryan believes we define what is possible and belief is the catalyst for that growth! We're ecstatic to have Ryan share at the 2025 banquet.
